An Unknown Error Occurred During This Import

I am currently unable to import files.  I keep getting the error "an unknown error occurred during this import".  This has been occurring since the end of the day on Monday.  I have checked the files to make sure the headers and formats are correct.

Are you still experiencing this issue? Can you send along screenshots of what you are seeing for the errors in your portal when this occurs? 

Other questions: 

1. Does this issue occur across multiple browsers?

2. Does this issue occur across different network connections?

3. Are multiple users experiencing this issue?

Yes I am still experiencing this issue.  It occurs across multiple browsers, multiple networks, all users on the account, and multiple computers.
