Can anyone tell me why when I send an email from Outlook (from a template I made) it is being associated with only one account in my Hubspot instead of the email of the person I am sending it to and their company?

Hi @anthonycperez ,
This is definitely new. Do you think there is a specific reason that it is only associating with one record?
A. Did you integrate your Outlook365 with HubSpot for tracking?
B. Is it a sales template you are referring to because I didn't think that was a free feature?
