All form submittals are going to one contact record
Emails are coming in through one account that captures the clients details. The email is not associated with the contact record but keeps logging under that clinet.
When a new client emails, their contact is created in the CRM but the email does not show under them but just one particular client. This is not true for every email that comes in but only for a handful at a time.
I cannot afford to delete that contact that it keeps getting linked too as it is a client that is important and do not want to loose the history.
Would you mind clarifying exactly what's happening? I'm not sure if this is a form submission issue or a email logging issue - Is this that the information of the form submission is being recorded on another contact record? Or are you talking about an email being logged on the wrong contact record?
