Hello, I have some reports running to show agents v number of calls they have made however I would like to split this up to see the number of Inbound V Outbound is that possible as I cannot see a filter for this?

Have you tried to use the property "Called direction"in your reports?

This is actually the property that differentiates inbound from outbound calls.

I guess there is a limitation to tracking inbound and outbound calls in reporting as I can see the idea has already been submitted to HubSpot product team: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/Create-a-Report-on-Inbound-vs-outbound-calls/idi-p/69...
