is there a way to use Ai to Automatically populate contact properties with HubSpot during excel import

What type of properties are you thinking? Are you wondering things like, if an excel file has state (US) can AI generate their country as United States?

If that is the case I do not see that specific AI feature with HubSpot, but I would imagine that could be something that comes down the pipeline with the new AI features coming. I do know there is a BETA coming that will allow for AI to look at your email and populate property fields based off of things like signatures and things of that nature.

Not contact properties, but company properties, yes. There is a feature that has been around for a long time called HubSpot Insights: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/companies/hubspot-insights-on-company-records

It will attempt to populate:

• Annual revenue
• City
• Country
• Description
• Facebook company page
• Industry
• Is public
• LinkedIn bio
• LinkedIn company page
• Name
• Number of employees
• Phone number
• Postal code
• State/Region
• Street address
• Street address 2
• Time zone
• Total money raised
• Twitter handle
• Web Technologies
• Website URL
• Year founded

There isn't anything like this for contacts natively. If you're interested in a functionality like this, you would have to look into third-party enrichment integrations like ZoomInfo: https://ecosystem.hubspot.com/marketplace/apps/marketing/data-management/zoominfo-instant-enrich-by-...
