After logging in as Admin - You have no accounts

SOLVE

Hi There

I have just started at a new company and I was preaching the value of hubspot, however I notice noone has logged in as the admin since 2020 !!!!

Now when I log in I get "We're sorry. You have no accounts" , anyone know how to fix this. The accound Hub ID was *******??

 

Any help appreciated

It looks like your account was marked as inactive since you haven't logged in for so long. Follow the instructions in this HubSpot Knowledge Base article to reactivate your account. You'll need to reach out to HubSpot Support through this form linked in that article as soon as you can. They are the only ones who will be able to assist you, and I know they'll be happy to!

It looks like your account was marked as inactive since you haven't logged in for so long. Follow the instructions in this HubSpot Knowledge Base article to reactivate your account. You'll need to reach out to HubSpot Support through this form linked in that article as soon as you can. They are the only ones who will be able to assist you, and I know they'll be happy to!
