Advanced filters not working - 'time last seen' is less than 7 days ago

SOLVE

I am trying to create a list of prospects who have recently been back to visit the website. 

 

In the Contacts view I can add an advanced filter and use Time last seen. This correctly shows some contacts who were last seen today.

 

As expected it returns some contacts when filtering for Time last seen is Today. It also works for Time last seen is after 05/05/2023. However if I use Time last seen is less than 30 days ago, then it doesn't return any values.

 

I am testing this using the free edition but (if this works) would be using the Started edition. Although I'm not sure it that should make a difference!

 

Is there a way to make this work, please?

Sometimes lists/filters take a few minutes to fully load data in HubSpot.

If you are still experiencing this, let's see if this is a caching issue. Could you please try clearing your browser's cache and loading the filter again? 

 

If you're still not seeing the expected results, can you please let me know here so I can follow up with you further troubleshooting steps?

Hi,

 

Thanks for your response. I have just gone back into that view and just as you predicted, it is working fine.

 

I shall bear that in mind next time I am working with filters!
