Adding timeline activities on imported deal

Hi everybody,
so when you create a deal manually, it is possible to flag "add timeline activities" so that all the tasks, emails etc done in the past are shown on the deal view. The flag is not available when trying to do it when the deal is imported from a csv list. 
How can we manage to see the past activities into the imported deals?

Hey Pala,

You're correct, it's not possible to add timeline information to a deal you manually create. You can import contacts, companies and properties, but nothing on the timeline.

If you have developer resources, however, you can import timeline information from another platform into HubSpot. You can use our Engagements API to add notes, calls, tasks, and activities to the contact timeline. If this is not a possibility then I recommend working with a CRM integration provider like Bedrock Data or Scribe who can help you migrate all your CRM data into HubSpot, including timeline events.

I don't believe this is possible via the native importer tool, but it's likely possible via the API.  You could also use another tool like https://www.import2.com/
