Adding priority to a deal

SOLVE

Can't seem to add the priority function to a deal (High, medium or Low) keep getting a message try again later...

@TArcipreste if you're not the owner of the deal or if you're in an Enterprise portal where someone has set up property permissions, then yes, this could be the issue. You would have to request deal edit permissions or that the property permissions are changed:

Hey @TArcipreste 

that could be a temporary issue

(you can try from a different browser , clear the cache)

or it permission’s issue (you can check with the portal admin if you have the access to create them)

just to be sure.

Thanks Maria, 

Doesn't seem to be the browser more likely a permission issue... i have manage to work around it on a longer process though...

Hi @TArcipreste,

 

Can you please share a screenshot of the exact error message?

 

Have you tried clearing cache/cookies, using another browser (if yes, which), disabling all browser extensions, using a private window? Does the problem persist?

 

Sometimes, this can also be a temporary issue which resolves itself after a few hours.
