Adding another account

Hi,

I have 2 hubspot accounts and would like to be able to switch between the 2. 

When I go to add the other it doesnt give me the option.

Any ideas anyone ?

Are you a user in both accounts with the same login email address? If so, you should be able to switch by following these steps: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/account/manage-multiple-hubspot-accounts

If you're using different email addresses to log in, this is not possible. You need to log out and then back in with the new credentials. Personally, I'm using container tabs in Mozilla Firefox to have multiple portals running with different email addresses.

Thanks for your reply. I use seperate emails for them.

Is this the issue do you think?

Sometimes it would be easier for me to do it on the portal and espessially on the app.

Yep, his is not possible if you're using separate email addresses. You have to log out and back in (both on web and the mobile app). Switching between portals only works if you're using the same email address.

You should be able to change your login email address and keep a different connected personal sales email inbox.

Its not letting me change email as it says registered to another account
