Adding a multiple answer field to current static lists

SOLVE

Im importing lists from an old system and we want to distingush which events the contacts have attended. Some Contacts have attended more than more event. What is the best way to keep track of the contact field.

I intially added a multiple checkbox field and went through and added them all accordingly, but when I look at contacts I know have attended more than more event it only ever has one option field in.

Hi @GOrtiz,

A multiple checkboxes property is the way to go here, correct. The default edit action in HubSpot is to overwrite, not to append. Could you share some more context about how you edited this property for the contacts?

When you bulk edit records, you can choose to "Append to the current value(s)":

When you import, you'd have to follow these steps: Import data to checkbox properties

Following either of these steps, you should be able to add more than one value per contact.

Let me know if you have any follow-up questions!
