Adding a CC to outgoing customer emails

Not sure the right place to put this, but I have a use case for having the ability to auto-copy an additional recipient on one-to-one customer communications. We sell major home appliances and import all our customer invoices into hubspot and associate them with a single email. Using a multitide of workflows, we communicate to that email about stock updates, delivery dates, balance payments, etc. In some cases, the customer would like to have these communications go to multiple emails, perhaps a home and work email, or perhaps to copy their spouse. To my knowledge, there is no way to do this in Hubspot. If anyone has an idea of how to do this, i'd love to hear it.

You're correct, this is currently not possible, neither in marketing emails nor in sales emails. In sales emails, at least you can manually add a copied or blind-copied recipient.
