Adding PRODUCTION NOTES to "About this contact"

Does anyone know the steps I would take to add a "PRODUCTION NOTES" open, multi-line text field on the left side, under, "About this contact?"

You can add properties to the "About this contact" section in the left sidebar (and record previews) by following these steps: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/object-settings/customize-records
