Adding Multiple Contacts to a Company; Auto Feed Address Info
SOLVE
We are adding multiple contacts to a company - starting in the company and adding via the right hand side bar. When we do so, the address information does not auto populate. Is this correct or do I need to change some settings to allow?
HubSpot doesn't automatically copy company address information into contact records, if that's what you're referring to.
Company records have Street Address, Street Address 2 and Postal code as company address fields. HubSpot attempts to automatically populate these with HubSpot Insights. For contact address information, we only have one Street address field and the Postal code.
These fields are not connected in any way by default. If you want to automatically copy information from the company to the contact record, you could do so by creating a short workflow:
