Added note notification

Hi,

If i add a note to a company or contact with other than myself as that company owner, is it possible to notify owner of that contact about this note?

Hi @Akki,

Yes, when you mention a user on a note within HubSpot, they will be notified based on their notification preferences. For example, if they choose to receive those types of notifications by email, that is how they would be notified...even if they aren't the owner of the contact.

I was trying to mention whole team, @teamname ; and looks like it doesnt work.

Is there anything like this available?

Unfortunately the @ mention feature doesn't work with teams. There is an idea in the forum for that, which you can see here. I would suggest upvoting that idea.
