Sometimes the contact with clients is neither a call nor a meeting its just WhatsApp call or Whatsapp Msg and its very important to log it in that way

This could be achieved with custom call types (by adding a specific type for WhatsApp), see here: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/meetings-tool/how-do-i-create-and-use-call-and-meeting-types This feature is however only available in Professional and Enterprise, not in Starter.
Having said that, I'd agree that default options and reporting by communication channel would be a valuable feature. You could suggest it in the HubSpot Ideas section of the community: The product team reviews these suggestions based on popularity.
