Add on Installation over and over

SOLVE

Hi, 

We’re having an issue with HubSpot—each time we open Outlook, we need to reinstall the HubSpot add-on plugin. Do you know how we might resolve this?

Has this started happening only recently? If so, I am not sure there will be a resolution. The Outlook add-in for Hubspot is no longer being actively developed or supported so unfortunately you would need to switch to the web add-in with Outlook for web if you wanted to continue using the plugin. https://knowledge.hubspot.com/connected-email/get-started-with-the-outlook-desktop-add-in
