Add an option for Logging Activity in Contacts and Company records

Hello,  Is there a way to add an option for logging activity in the Contacts or Company records? For example, I'd like to log other kinds of activity besides calls, emails, and meetings, like what I have shown below. Thanks for your help!

Hi @rcovelli,

As you've described, it's not possible. However, you could create a custom call & meeting type (on Pro and Enterprise) that would allow you to report on activity.  Here's the article.

Thanks for your reply and link to the article. At this time I'm using the Free version, but when we upgrade I will definitely make this change.
