hello - is it possible to add a task when creating a new contact? Ive looked in the property setting and cannot see it. It woudl be great to be able to do this so you can add foloow up tasks when creating a new contact - Thanks!
Hmm - That's not one of the functions (that I have seen), but you could create a custom property that marks someone as follow-up needed or type of follow-up needed, add that to the sidebar in your settings and create the workflow based on that property as the trigger.
This could be helpful for creating a uniform task across the CRM based on the follow-up that is needed. You'd need to decide on whether it assigns to a contact owner or if no owner round robin across your team.

Hi there - a workflow can help with this. Set the enrollment trigger to how the contact was created (list import, form fill, API, etc.) and create a task for a specific person to follow-up or round-robin between your team.
If you are creating the contact manually, you can create the task in the contact record - either under the name card or in the tabs along the contact timeline
