Activity overview for a company shows activities with only some contacts

We have encountered a strange problem and I am asking the community for advice on where we are going wrong or what direction to look for a solution.
There is a company that is connected to a number of contacts. We are actively communicating with these contacts - emails to individual contacts are correctly stored in HS and are visible here (in Contacts and Deals). So they are getting into HS. However, only emails with some contacts are shown in the activity tab of this company - not all of them, as I would expect. Even though the contacts whose communications don't show up there are associated with this company, and this company is listed as primary with them.
It's quite annoying because we often need to see when and what activity has taken place with "someone" at that company.

Thank you Tom for trying to help. In our case, it wasn't specific emails that were not seen, but all emails with a specific person connected. However, the situation has resolved itself - the new mails (from today) are already visible there. The reason why the older ones are not visible there is probably related to the fact that the person in question did not have the company set as primary. Maybe something else, but I don't think I can find out now...

Hey @martinhuml activity associations are a bit finicky with contact > company associations. 

Long story short, in general it's only really emails made from the desktop app that will log across to companys. There's a few more details to it, but they're listed on the knowledgebase here

I'd imagine you're seeing some of the emails logged from mobile not appearing on the company record which is why it's seemingly inconsistent!

Thank you! But we work only with desktop app (HS in browser), no mobile at all.

Hmm that's very strange, I can't really troubleshooting anything on my end. What I would do however is look into an email that's not appearing vs one that is appearing and drill into what the differences are between these. There is usually something that shows up here.
