I got a notification via Chrome Extension that an email was opened that I had sent but when I go to the CRM there is no indication of it. Unless I dig into the client's file. But even then the Last Actiivity is blank.
What is going on?
Also, I'm kind of annoyed that I was able to chat with support a couple of weeks ago but now I can't.
That could be a processing delay in one system or another.
Also, I'm on here right now because I couldn't chat with support and am currently experiencing none of my Landing Page Forms submitting. Maybe there's an issue brewing and that's why chat is offline. At least that's been my experience in the past.
