Activity Tracking for Deals

resolver

Hi all,

Hoping someone can help me figure this out.  Feels super basic (and is in other CRMs!).  I'm trying to find a quick, easy way to audit deals for activities.  My goal is to simply ensure that every open deal has an activity set for it since we track primarily by task.  I'm trying to make sure no deals fall through the cracks.

Currently, only way I've found is to manually go in and look at every deal to ensure there is a next task set up.  It's ok if it's past due (that's a different issue 🙂  ).

Is there any way to ensure every deal has an activity/task set up without having to manually go into each one?

Thanks!

Brad

Hi @BW1 hope you are doing well.

You do have the pipeline simple automations

that you can use to create task to deal owners or supervisors.

Then you can set up a report to see task by sales rep.

Hope this helps
