When I pull the email activity for my team, the Company associated with the email contact is not reporting 100%. It looks to be sporadic as some Company Associations generate and some do not. How do i pull this information 100% of the time?
@DBrown4 the contact is - but is the email getting associated to both records? It's automatically associated to the contact, and should be auto-associated to their company, but if a sales person emailing unchecks "log and track email" and rechecks only to the contact, it won't be associated.
So if you're reporting on contacts, you're good. But if you're reporting on company activity, there will be a discrepancy.
