Activity Feed on desktop v mobile

Hi there,

Please could I put a new question to the community, and I am sure it is simply a case of me not knowing where to edit the filter or I am looking at the wrong thing on the mobile.

On my desktop I have the option to see an activity feed that includes visits to our website from prospects (attached screengrab) however when on my mobile I can't see this (second screengrab), I have moved along on the mobile UI to where I think is the right tab (prospect visits) and it advises there are no matches based on the current filter.

Please could someone help explain if the filter on the mobile is different by default to the desktop and if it is where I edit it, or if I am doing the wrong thing on the mobile altogether and where to look for visitor information that I can get on the desktop in the same way on the mobile.

Hi @CJAsha,

The "Prospect visits" tab should show all recent visits from your prospects, according to this documentation. I just double checked this on my end and I'm experiencing the same: Prospects show in the browser ap but the iOS app tab is empty ("Nothing found."). I submitted a ticket through the app support (More > Get Help) and will keep this thread updated – seems like a bug.

Seems like a bug. Will advise you to contact HubSpot support,
Click the Help button in the bottam right corner of your account and click contact support.
