Activity/Email Log not displaying correctly for some users

Hi There,
I haven't used Hubspot for very long but none of my colleagues knows how to sort this out.
We have, inside each of the Deals, saved all our correspondence. When my colleague looks at a deal, he can see all the emails he has saved previously to that deal. But when I look at it, I can't see any of those emails. They don't show up in the activity tab, or the emails tab, outside of a few tasks that have been put in, the deal looks completely empty!
Our admin can't find anything in my permissions that would indicate I can't see the previous correspondance.
