Hi!
Anybody done with calculated property conversion rate from calls to won deals?
What I mean is I like to see (from team & individual reps):
Connected calls -> Meetings created conversion rate
Meetings created -> Meetings held conversion rate
Meetings held -> Offer sent conversion rate
Offer sent -> Contract sent conversion rate
Contract sent -> Won Deal conversion rate
Also from any point to won deal conversion rate
I've done this before with 3rd party KPI tool but I'd like to do this now inside of HS.
This creates situation (when I am knowing those conversion rates) - it is easy to discuss what reps have to do when we are speaking how much money they want (commission) because then these numbers are from their own data...
Inside of pipeline this is quite easy but I'd like to see numbers started from connected calls/meetings to won deals

I would suggest you create a score type property. Let me give a walkthrough using your requirements:-
As you said you need Connected calls -> Meetings created conversion rate.
For this, you can create a score property with the name Meetings created conversion rate and here you can set conditions. The conditions could be like, if call outcome is connected or let say call duration is more than 5 seconds, give some numbers in properties.
Similarly, you can create for other calls and meeting activities. I am sharing screenshots to guide you. step by step.

Now you just have to select "Activity properties" and search for "call" and select call outcome and now within call outcome select is any of. lastly, save this filter by clicking the Apply filter button and now press the create button.
