Activities Not Showing in Timeline

We've noticed an issue where occasionally the full Timeline data will not load when you open up a Contact or Company's record, and will only show entries from last year. It's sometimes resolved by refreshing, but it's becoming tedious to refresh every single account we go to just to see if there's any "secret" data we're missing. 


This also leads to confusion, as it can appear to someone unfamiliar with the account that there is no data there. 


Is this a known bug, and if so are there any workarounds besides constantly refreshing things just in case?

Is this issue occuring across multiple browsers/after clearing your cache/for all users?


Can you send along screenshots of contacts you are seeing this with?
