Accidentally create deals with workflow how to delete

SOLVE

I created 1000 deals with overflow. Now I need to delete all of them however, it seems that I cannot delete deals through workflow. Do you have any suggestions for me because it's not easy to delete a thousand deals manually?

Accidentally create deals with workflow how to delete

SOLVE

Hi @ozzge,

On the deal index page (Menu > Sales > Deals), you should be able to filter for deals created today by setting a filter for Create date.

You can now review the deals that you see and select and delete them in bulk using the checkbox in the top left of the screen. Once you select deals, an option appears in the table to delete them. This is explained here: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/contacts/delete-crm-records#perform-a-restorable-delete-from-the-objec...

Make sure to exclude valid deals from your deletion, which might have also been created today. You might be able to exclude valid deals (not created by your workflow) by filtering your view for additional criteria that are exclusive to the deals from your workflow, e.g. the fact that they don't have a deal owner or a specific naming convention.
