Accidentally Changed Role from Super Admin to Developer – Need Help!

Hello everyone,
I recently started building my CRM using a free HubSpot account. Unfortunately, I accidentally changed my user role from super admin to developer, and now I can’t switch back. I've already spent many hours transferring important information into the system, so I'm really hoping I don't lose access or control over my account.
Has anyone experienced this before? Is there a way to regain Super Admin access or undo this change?
I understood that part – this is a user-to-user community however and contributors here can neither access your account nor grant you access to technical support.
As a free user, there is no support option included, which means that you would have to upgrade to a starter subscription to get email support from HubSpot directly. Since you're on a developer role now, that path to upgrade is likely blocked – hence this form as your currently best option.
