Permissions currently only exist for CRM emails and notes, but not for meetings or other activity types, unfortunately. The best place to make this suggestion would be the HubSpot Ideas section of the community: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/idb-p/HubSpot_Ideas
