About this Contact

Recently, the section "About this contact" is shown twice. The top version has limited information and the version below it is how I normally see it. What happened and how do I remove the additional section?

Hi @mbenwitt,

 

you should be able to clean this up by clicking I'm one if the gear icons on the right. In the record layout editor, remove the duplicate, then save and you should be all set. If you only see one section, try to simpler save it again to hopefully reset it.

@mbenwitt you need to make sure that 'Email' is a column in your view before exporting - you can do so by clicking 'Edit columns' on the right.

 

Additional emails only refers to... additional emails 😄

Thank you, that worked.

When I do an export to CVS or XL, it does not include email addresses, even when I check the box to included email addresses. It does include a column "Additional email addresses" but that is not a property I have and this column has not email addresses.
