About the contact property - Latest Source Drill-Down 2

SOLVE

I've noticed something quite strange. Due to the limitations on the number of lists that can be created when uploading lists to create List memberships, I was hoping to use a multiple-option property to work around this. I initially intended to create a workflow to try this out.

However, it seems that there might be an issue with the filtering of Latest Source Drill-Down 2.

First, let's look at Image 1. If I use an advanced filter with the condition set to Latest Source Drill-Down 2 contains "inquiry," it's straightforward to filter the results I want.

Now, moving to Image 2, I decided to conduct a test. I found a contact and checked their Latest Source Drill-Down 2, which had the value "230920 AMP Seminar - Full List." Then, I returned to the contact page and applied the same filter, this time with the condition contains "研討會" (as seen in Image 3), but no results appeared.

Continuing my tests, I suspected it might be related to Chinese characters. However, for the next filter, I used contains "阿物" (as seen in Image 4), and it produced results as expected.

Could you please clarify if I'm overlooking something here?

Hi @samike! See the little gray "i" icon next to the "230920 AMP" in picture #2? Hover over it and it will give you a unique number that was automatically assigned to that list upon import, like this picture from my portal:

When filtering your contacts by Drill-down 2, paste that unique number and all the contacts from that list will appear!

Hi @EmmaAtKiwi

Thank you for your response. Is there a way to extract these strings? I really need these strings as filtering conditions.

@samike Not yet unfortunately, you still have to view them one by one, but the idea has been submitted! > https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/Make-Internal-Value-for-ALL-fields-viewable/idi-p/685...
