Ability to Reorder Contacts Based on Recent Interactions
SOLVE
Hi everyone,
I believe there's a valuable feature missing from the "Company" object that could greatly enhance our workflow.
Currently, when I access the "Associated Contacts" section within a company, the contacts are displayed in a fixed order. While this is useful for basic reference, it would be incredibly helpful to have the ability to reorder these contacts based on the date of our most recent interaction.
For example, I'd like to be able to have the contacts I've recently updated or communicated with appear at the top of the list. This would allow me to quickly access the most relevant information and improve my overall efficiency.
Here's a breakdown of the benefits this feature would provide:
Improved efficiency: Quickly locate the most relevant contacts for ongoing projects.
Enhanced organization: Personalize the contact list to match individual workflows.
Better time management: Reduce the time spent searching for specific contacts.
I understand that this feature may require additional development, but I believe it would be a valuable addition to the platform and would greatly benefit many users.
