API Call data on call engagements not reflecting on UI

Hello there, i have encountered some unusual issues on my integration module with Calling app. the integration does not work for specific account, while other account integration seems perfect.

What might be the issues

It is tough to guess the issue without knowing which app details you are trying to integrate. 

Have you been able to talk to the app support?
