ABILITY TO CHANGE THE TITLE OF ACTIVITIES

Right now, our AEs live in Salesforce.

My SDRs, live in HS, and they make a lot of calls.

I'm getting pushed out of HS because the AEs cannot readily see which calls my SDRs have connected with the prospect.

I need the ability to log call outcomes in salesforce at the task level.

Which level are you - free, starter, professional, enterprise?

Do you have the salesforce integration?

@carlos_xeeva Have you reached out to support through the bottom of the crm where it says chat/help?  A ticket can be created and they can work through the issue specific to your account.

Yes, I did. The suggestion was to create an additional field in the contact where the activity could be copied to, which does not solve the problem
