Yes, that's correct, unfortunately. Large numbers of calculated properties are limited to the highest tier subscriptions. (Professional has a limit of 5 calculated properties, in Enterprise you can create 200 calculcated properties, see here.)

Hubspot does not offer many fields or features that should be standard, like the time in between lifecycle stages or calculating dates using the field 'Today'. That is bad enough on its own, but it's the cherry on top we when we can't create our own calculated properties to solve this, because they are capped at a really low number. As someone already mentioned, as an organization grows Hubspot doesn't scale with it. Even with the pain of having to switch to another CRM they're pushing us over to Salesforce...
I just came across this issue as well and I can't believe it.
This is a basic need for any company regardless of it's size. Out of these "5 calculation properties" you can only use 4, because 1 is provided and used by hubspot and can't be edited, nor deleted.
It is normal for any company to have the need to report on the time between the lifecycle stages and other properties. To limit this to only FOUR properties and have the next limit on 200 with enterprise (which costs 5x as much per month) seems to have happend without logic. Please look into this Hubspot!
Yes, a "professional" needs to create than four calculated fields in order to run a simple sales program, it's almost like having none. Was very disappointed to have been capped with such a small number. Our business is not yet an enterprise, but only having a total of five calculated fields will not help us grow to that level. Having five is useless, and 200 is far from necessary. I suggest 20-40 calculated fields on the Professional plan, which is 5-10 times less than the Enterprise that costs 5x as much. This seems like a more usable and proportionate solution. Anyone else?
