I am managing a partial cutover from a legacy Sales Hub Starter account to a new Sales Hub Professional account. I need to keep both open as I reference to the Objects, Properties, workflows, etc. that we want to replicate in the new Pro license.
Toggle toggle toggle. But I need it without constantly having to re-authenticate
Seems like less than an hour goes by and I'm being prompted to log in again to one or the other and prior activity is usually well less than one hour. Default logout after inactive is set to 24 hours.
Anything I can do to prevent this from happening during production hours?
PS: In the time it took me to create this post, I'm being prompted to log in again. Less than 5 minutes.

If so, this is something I haven't experienced yet. I'm able to switch between accounts seemlessly without being prompted to re-authenticate for longer stretches of time. This would lead me to believe that this is an issue based on your browser or device configuration. If your device managed by your company's IT? If so, they might have set up sessions to be short-lived, regularly forcing re-authentication. If it's your own device, are you experiencing this in other browsers as well? Have you tried disabling all extensions?
Best regards

2 CRM accounts - issues with staying logged in

Hi Karsten,
Thanks for your reply. In response, the following:
No, I have two unique email domain accounts and each matches the unique domain name used for each Sales Hub instance.
The Professional license is new and on a 14-day trial that will go to paid early next week. Could this be the issue?
Followed instructions on content shared (thanks!). I've gone to both accounts and hovered over Account Name & Hub ID. In neither licensing instance do I see an option to select one or the other account and go to it.
No visibility to Compare Sessions in upper left either. Not sure I've ever seen that before.
Checked with our techOps team, a potential item given our industry - nobody has defaulted a session time out.
Also I am a Super Admin on both accounts.
I'm not too keen on switching from one instance to the other unless I can return to the same place I left to go to the other account. That would be as bad, possibly worse, than what's taking place now.
If you're using two different emails as login credentials, what you're experiencing is expected behavior. It's not possible to be logged into two accounts with separate email addresses at the same time within one browser session.
As a workaround, you can use "Multi-account container" extensions in your browser. You can define different environments and cookies are only shared in groups of tabs, allowing you to separate one login from the other. I'm using "Multi account containers" for Firefox: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/multi-account-containers/
Alternatively, you could simply use different browsers for each account.
Best regards

@karstenkoehler, this makes sense. I use Google Chrome. Could I open one instance in an "Incognito" window to get around the restriction? I'm trying now to see what happens.
Sure @MStreib5, that also works - but it means that you'll always have to re-login to the portal that you're accessing incognito after closing your browser.
