I have another question related to this: Let us say a contact has passed through different lifecycle stages and became customer. This contact (now a customer) then showed possible interest in another service whch needs to be explored. I am assuming it should be called new Lead from this customer. How this should be managed in Hubspot? In other words, how do i enter new lead for the same contact who is already a customer? Many thank
I understand that Deals and Companies can't share data. What I'm looking to do is track companies / contacts we meet at events - and be able to measure Closed Won deals vs. events. I know that if I create a property in Company, Deals can't see that correct? As an example, let's say we meet a few companies / contacts at Inbound 23. Then some more at Inbound 24. How do I tie those deals to those events? And how best to maintain this datas
Hi there! I am looking to create a table report of my Deals by Company. I would like the row to be Companies and then I'd want the next column to be sum of Amount in X Pipeline and then another column that would be sum of Amount in Z Pipeline.
