How to set up live notification per sales rep on website visits by their assigned prospects

Hi All,

I would like to use the awesome HubSpot chrom extension and make sure that each of our sales rep will receive live notification on a website visit from one of their assigned contacts.
Below you can see a preview of what we would like to have:

I followed the HubSpot guide on how to set it up (this guide: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/notifications/set-up-lead-revisit-notifications) but it still doesnt work.
Did any of you managed to set it up properly? 🙂

Many thanks in advance.

Hi @AZatulovsky there are some excepts:

If you choose to receive notifications for all leads or all of the leads you own, you will receive a revisit alert for all contacts except the following:

For email notifications:

  • Contacts visiting your site for the first time.
  • Contacts created in the last 24 hours.
  • Contacts you do not have visibility to.
  • Contacts for whom you've received a lead revisit notification in the past 24 hours.
  • Contacts that you do not own (if you're only tracking leads that you own).
  • Contacts revisiting your site with a lifecycle stage of Customer. Notifications will still be sent for contacts with all other lifecycle stages, including Evangelist and Other.
  • Contacts who have the same email domain as the assigned owner.

For sales notifications:

  • Contacts you do not have visibility to.
  • Contacts that you do not own (if you're only tracking leads that you own).
  • Contacts revisiting your site with a lifecycle stage of Customer. Notifications will still be sent for contacts with all other lifecycle stages, including Evangelist and Other.

Is it possible, that one of these points matched to your contact?

Hi @AZatulovsky,

Are you working with HubSpot hosted pages and, if not, have you installed the HubSpot tracking code on external pages?

Have you checked these steps for troubleshooting the extension? The following are explained in the knowledgebase article:

Ensure that notifications are turned on and you're signed in to the correct HubSpot account

Ensure that your Chrome settings are not blocking HubSpot notifications

Turn off conflicting Chrome extensions

Turn off conflicting advanced settings

Ensure that notifications aren't turned off on your device

Aside from these notifications, is the extension working fine?

Best regards!
