Hallo in die Runde,

gibt es hier vielleicht Hubspot User, die schon Erfahrungen mit Crossbeam gemacht haben?
Das ist ein Tool zum CRM-Mapping für kollaborativ agierende Go-To-Market-Units. In meinem konkreten Fall Tech-Vendor und Implementierer.

Meine Fragen/Unsicherheiten beziehen sich auf die Sichtbarkeit der Daten bei Nutzung des tools.

Wie granular kann ich steuern, was alles sichtbar für den anderen wird?
Auch und insbesondere in Bezug auf Datenschutz-Regulatorien...

danke, dass du dich an die Community wendest. 

Ich habe mich in der Community nach Nutzer*innen umgeschaut, die Erfahrungen mit Crossbeam gemacht haben und in der englischen Community einen Nutzer gefunden, den ich gerne um seine Meinung bitten würde. Ich schreibe deswegen auf Englisch weiter, ich hoffe, das ist in Ordnung!

Could you share your experiences with the app? @JonasVogel is considering using the app and would like to learn more about the options for data segmentation and whether it's possible to limit user access to certain data. I would like to bring this topic back to top again. We are an agency group and are also currently evaluating Crossbeam. I would be interested in the experiences of other users, also on the subject of data security and data protection in the course of collaborative work with (third-party) companies.

We ware using crossbeam für more than 1,5 years now. But as an agency, we only use the free plan and the tech-vendors have some paid plans.

Having spent some time familiarising myself with it, I can tell you that no data is shared. You decide exactly which data points from which cohorts you want to share with which partner.
But it is a good tool for co-selling. That's why we've often had discussions and found new ways of working on some opps.
