Hey everyone.

I'm facing an issue with submitting a form, which resides in a global module.
The website is www.techedgegroup.com, if you click on the envelope icon on right you will see the form slide in.
I'm pretty sure the submit button itself is being clicked (I've attached a console log to it, you can see it in console), but no submission occurs.
Is it not allowed to put a form inside a global module? It's rendering correctly though.
Any help would be appreciated.

Interesting problem. Everything looks correct and many of the sites we build, including our own, has a form in a global module and they work just fine. 

I'm taking a closer look at yours to see if I can provide any more help.
