The Domain level and the DNS connection are fine, the in app connection to host the domain and also to redirect www to domain are connected but when search with www the web page isn't available only to the domain level .com
What cloud be the problem the DNS? or hosting connection processing?
I did as you suggested. I disconnected the top-level domain while reconnecting the domain I used the sub www.domain.com which is connected and the domain.com is redirecting to www.domain.com and said the connection between the DNS is successful and might take up to 78 hours but the question is both the www and domain.com are not available on the web search. I should wait 78 hour before they come back online.
Connecting back with the top domain will function immediately but redirecting to www.domain.com won't work.
@Uc1234 - unfortunately, we seems to have reached a point where "it doesn't work" does not provide enough information for the community to really help you.
If your HubSpot Domains and URLs setup does not look something like this with green lights:
And this:
Then you haven't correctly configured your DNS records. I think its worth starting there.

Web search is an entirely different consideration, which comes after getting your DNS configured properly.
When you add a redirect to get the top level domain available as a URL target, you do not disconnect the www subdomain definition. The two work hand in hand. So actually the www.domain.com address is where the web site is published, but the domain.com address URL is redirected so you can see it there as well.
@Uc1234 - can I suggest you try removing the top level domain redirect and see if you can access www.domain.com correctly before you add the extra step.
You likely need to make sure the www CNAME record in the DNS is properly configured.
