i have a problem: i created an Email using hubspot, it is being sent OK but when it is beiong forworded the desien changes - all the features - such as buutens or pictures etc apear one after the other and not side by side as i designed it.
Email stlying becomes very tricky when communicating between different email service providers, browers, platforms etc. It even less reliable once the email is forwarded. Although there is no certain way to deliver your styles via email (especially after forwarding of an email), the best way to get close is to use tables and inline styling, and styling your emails for the Email Service Provider that the majority of your email subscribers are using. You wont be able to appeal to every different type of email-platform-browser combination possible, but at least a majority of your audience will see your email correctly. Of course, you should always be testing your emails in different email clients, browsers, and platforms be for each send (you can do this in HubSpot https://blog.hubspot.com/customers/how-to-preview-your-emails-in-30-different-inboxes). Use this to dial in your email styles for the most popular email client pertaining to your subscribers
