span blocks

I have noticed that HubSpot generates span blocks for widgets like custom html.

Is it possible to replace span by div?

If not, can you (HubSpot) consider to change these spans to divs in the future?

One of the reasons to change it (valid html):

Element div not allowed as child of element span in this context. (Suppressing further errors from this subtree.)

I would also prefer that the hubl cms system write valid code.
