HubSpot does not search by alternative e-mails, not defaults. When I search HubSpot via some e-mails, HubSpot don't found anything like this, but when I come directly to contact, this e-mail is available. Additionally, when I coresponding with alternative e-mail, this corespondence is not registered in HubSpot. Please correct it, becouse it is haven't sence.
HubSpot's global search only works with a contact's primary email, so searching by an alternative email won't return results, and emails sent to or from alternate addresses may not log automatically to the contact's timeline. To work around this, always use the primary email when searching or corresponding, or consider updating the alternate email as the primary if it's more commonly used.
You can also manually associate emails or CC the primary address to ensure communication is tracked.

But why it don't search it via alternate e-mail, too. This is details to search for, too. So if HubSpot don't search by it, it is needed to do add unneceserry new contacts only for properly search result, so this hasn't sense.
This is not a good method to work, becouse all e-mails assigned to company should be monitored in default. Additionally the same situation for alternative e-mail address.
