"sort" navigation bar on blog home page

I need to edit how this is available to be sorted. I have edited it once before but cannot find this feature in the same location it once was.  Where can I locate this in the back end - to change?

Do you have a link to the page you're working on? What have you tried so far?

Additionally, what do you want the navigation to be?
