minification

Everything looks minified to me. Is it complaining about CSS minifying or JS minifying? Or Both? Do you know which files are giving the warning?

minification

SOLVE

Oh, gotcha,

I think the files that contain "hubfs" are actually coming from your file manager where you keep things like image assets. I don't think those files are in your design manager. And they wouldn't get automatically minified if they are in your file manager.
