footer issue

Hello,

Our parent company has a very specific footer layout they want us to emulate moving forward. I have gotten this far, but am having trouble moving the social icons closer together without messing up the rest of the footer. Hubspot support has had that same issue. Help? I tried to attach an image, but i dont see an option to do so...

When i try to move the social icons to the bottom right, all hell breaks loose. Also need the CSC logo to the left of the copy (vs above it).
