email personnalization

Hello!

We are 2 users in our Hubspot company's free account. I'm a "super administrator" and my collegue is a user with all access. But when she wants to send an email, my adress and signature are in the form, and she can't change that. Is someone know how we can personalize user's email ?

Hi @Objectif3d  Email signatures are set on an inidvidula account basis. Your colleague can set her signature within her user account by following the isntructions here.
