Hello,

We have created a button with a downloadlink in a marketing email. This does not work. A page abaout:blank opens. I have already deleted the button and created a new one.
Does anyone have an idea where the problem is?

• Where is the file hosted? Is it within HubSpot's file manager or externally?
• Could you confirm if the link is correct? When you “hover” your cursor over the button, does it show the link preview as what you expect? Or as about:blank?
• Have you tested the button link outside the email environment, such as in a web browser, to see if it's working?
• Are there any redirects set up that could be affecting the URL?
